  • Condor Series 415U-2 Long-range Wireless I/O and Gateway

    The Condor Series I/O Gateway variant improves on the 415U-2 product line by significantly increasing the data throughput to an industry-leading 140kbps at 25kHz channel in licensed applications (with compression). The Condor Series products come in four easy-to-select frequency bands:
    • 148MHz — 174MHz,
    • 340MHz — 400MHz,
    • 400MHz — 480Mhz and,
    • 470MHz -520MHz.
  • 215U-2 WiFi I/O

    215U-2 Wi-Fi I/O
    Eaton is proud to announce the release of the 215U-2 Wi-Fi I/O Gateway solution. The 215U-2 brings a simple web-based user interface, utilizes a standards-based wireless protocol, introduces an innovative networking topology, and is sold at a significantly lower price point. Customers do not need a strong background in networking to set up a 215U-2 system. The 215U-2 can be added as part of a customer‘s existing wireless infrastructure. This allows the 215U-2 to be sold through multiple types of channel partners into both process and factory automation applications. It provides unique, cost saving features that not only reduce cost, but allow for reduced panel sizes and a smaller amount of control panels in a customer application.

The Condor Series I/O Gateway variant improves on the 415U-2 product line by significantly increasing the data throughput to an industry-leading 140kbps at 25kHz channel in licensed applications (with compression). The Condor Series products come in two easy-to-select frequency bands: 340MHz — 400MHz and 400MHz — 480Mhz, up to 10W transmit power, an improved configuration software for seamless network setups, and advanced cybersecurity features that meet the most stringent standards.

    Ethernet, Serial High Speed
    Operating at 2.4GHz or 5GHz and up to 400mW, the ELPRO 245U-E is optimized for throughputs of up to 108Mbps which provides robust and secure two-way wireless communications in challenging indoor and outdoor environments typical of industrial monitoring and control applications. Capable of operating in Access Point/Client configuration, functioning as a network Bridge/Router, or serving as a Serial Server (RS232/485), the ELPRO 245U-E offers node to node deterministic mesh network repeatability for further range and multiple channel spacing options to increase network scalability. Integrated Modbus server capability allows seamless I/O expansion through the use of ELPRO 115S Expansion modules.

    Ethernet, Serial Long Distance High Speed
    Operating at 900MHz and up to 630mW, the 802.11 standards-based ELPRO 945U-E is optimized for throughputs of up to 54Mbps which provides robust and secure two-way wireless communications in challenging outdoor environments typical of industrial monitoring and control applications. Capable of operating in Access Point/Client configuration, functioning as a network Bridge/Router, or serving as a Serial Server (RS232/485), the ELPRO 945U-E offers node to node deterministic mesh network repeatability for further range and multiple channel spacing options to increase network scalability. Integrated Modbus server capability allows seamless I/O expansion through the use of ELPRO 115S Expansion modules.
  • 450U-E Ethernet

    Serial Extra Long Distance
    Operating at 360 to 512MHz, and up to 5.0W, the ELPRO 450U-E is optimized for throughputs of up to 19.2kbps which provides robust and secure two-way wireless communications in extremely challenging outdoor environments over obstructed paths typical of remote monitoring and control applications. Capable of operating in Access Point/Client configuration, functioning as a network Bridge/Router, or serving as a Serial Server (RS232/485), the ELPRO 450U-E offers node to node deterministic mesh network repeatability for further range and multiple channel spacing options to increase network scalability. Integrated Modbus server capability allows seamless integration with smart sensors, RTU‘s or I/O expansion through the use of ELPRO 115S Expansion modules.
  • 905U-D

    RS232, 485 900Mhz
    Capable of high speed communications with serial devices, the ELPRO 905U-D can communicate using either transparent broadcast mode or a controlled addressed mode. Both offer node to node, node to multi-node and repeatability for greater range. Integrated forward error correction maximizes bit error rate providing greater transmission reliability and configurable DTR controlled low power mode on the RS232 port aids reduction of overall power consumption. The modem is hazardous area approved delivering strong resistance in harsh industrial environments.
  • 455U

    RS232, 485 400Mhz
    Messages are routed between devices as broadcast (simultaneous transmission of same message) or controlled mode (i.e., specific unit addressing). 455U-D has three available models in terms of functionality: Bell202 or V23 functionality (455U-B). 405U-D end of life compatibility mode (455U-C). Full functionality RS232/485 modem, addressed/broadcast modes/ Optimal Path Routing for Modbus RTU, DF1 and DNP-3 (455U-D).
  • 905U-K

    Single Sensor Unit
    Designed with low power consumption and simple plug-in of ELPRO BU-5 Battery Packs, the ELPRO 905U-K provides reliable continuity in environments typical of industrial applications with power constraints. Capable of transferring analog, pulse or discrete inputs, and powering a loop-powered analog device (24Vdc, 50mA), offers a simple to deploy and highly reliable solution.
  • 115S

    Expansion I/O
    The ELPRO 115S series allows end users to readily accommodate changing I/O needs as project specifications evolve. The 115S series can be used with ELPRO transceiver-based I/O, Gateway, Ethernet and Serial products to expand input and output count or act as Modbus slave I/O to connect other field devices. Connected via RS485 and communicating ELPRO WIBNetTM or Modbus protocols, the 115S series is available in three versions of I/O count and multiple 115S products may be daisy-chained to accommodate changing application needs.
  • 915U-2 Self Meshing I/O

    Self Meshing I/O Modbus, DNP3
    Designed with a long range, license-free 900MHz wireless transceiver, the ELPRO 915U-2 is capable of providing IP-based mesh networking across sprawling industrial environments typical of industrial applications. Capable of ad-hoc mesh networking, roaming and discovery, as well as deterministic mesh, the 915U-2 can serve as an end node, routing node or network gateway. Scalable to thousands of nodes, Gather-ScatterTM and Block Mapping technology offers the efficient utilization of network resources, and eases integration into complex monitoring and control systems. Integrated Modbus server capability allows further I/O expansion through the use of ELPRO 115S Expansion modules.
  • 115E-2 Expansion I/O

    DNP3 Option
    Designed to work with wired and wireless devices, the ELPRO 115E-2 is capable of providing IP‑based I/O across sprawling industrial environments typical of industrial applications. The 115E-2 can serve as an end node or network gateway and is scalable to thousands of nodes. DNP3 protocol available.
