OleumTech WT Series Wireless Liquid Level Transmitter – Magnetostrictive is a self-contained, battery-powered liquid measurement solution made especially for the remote, rugged environments without access to a power line.
This device is part of the OleumTech Wireless Sensor Network.
This wireless tank level gauge that provides a 3-in-1 continuous liquid level monitoring solution of product level, interface level, and temperature level. This liquid level sensor utilizes field-proven magnetostrictive level sensor technology with high resolution of 0.01-inch and is ideal for tank level and liquid level monitoring. The wireless liquid level sensor can be ordered in various lengths with a Rigid 316 stainless steel, Flexible, or Ultra-Flex sensor with standard or large size floats.
The LL1 quick connect version requires no wiring. It mounts directly onto sensor and only needs to be hand tightened. The LL2 version includes junction box and harness connector for wiring the sensor. It also features two discrete inputs for high and high-high liquid level detection.
All WT Series Wireless Tank Level Transmitters are equipped with a local LCD display that can be used for reading process data and for programming the device. Thus, cables and PC are no longer required for quickly setting up the device.
The Wireless Magnetostrictive Liquid Level Transmitter is intrinsically safe (certified for use in Class I; Division 1 C1D1 Wireless (Zone 0) hazardous areas). It can be operated in a hazardous environment with or without the enclosure without the risk or fear of causing an explosion. This wireless end node transmits collected data to a Wireless Gateway that supports Modbus. The transmitter uses license-free, secure data transmission with a range of up to 7500 ft. Range (2.3 Km).
