AD1 – Analog/Pressure

Offers three 0-5 V analog inputs (24-bit ADC) and can be used with third-party pressure sensors/transducers or other analog signal output devices. Both zero and maximum points can be calibrated using the LCD puck.

Equipped with one discrete input for exception reporting and works with dry contact switches or open-drain output/NPN devices.

The combination of analog and discrete inputs is ideal for use on wellheads for monitoring casing, tubing, and surface pressure levels as well as monitoring arrival sensor.

Description

Edac WT Series Wireless Analog/Pressure Sensor Transmitter is a self-contained, battery-powered monitoring solution for a variety of industrial applications made especially for the remote, rugged environments without access to a power line.

  • This transmitter offers three 0-5 V analog inputs (24-bit ADC) and can be used with third-party pressure sensors/transducers or other analog signal output devices. Both zero and maximum points can be calibrated using the LCD puck. This device is also equipped with one discrete input for exception reporting and works with dry contact switches or open-drain output/NPN devices. This combination of analog and discrete inputs is ideal for use on wellheads for monitoring casing, tubing, and surface pressure levels as well as monitoring arrival sensor. In addition, this superbly design product includes a junction box and wiring terminal block for making wiring hassle-free.
  • All WT Series Wireless Transmitters are equipped with a local LCD display that can be used for reading process data and for programming the device. Thus, cables and PC are no longer required for quickly setting up the device.
  • The Wireless Analog/Pressure Transmitter is intrinsically safe (certified for use in Class 1 Division 1 C1D1 Wireless (Zone 0) hazardous areas). It can be operated in a hazardous environment with or without the enclosure without the risk or fear of causing an explosion. This wireless end node transmits collected data to a Wireless Gateway that supports Modbus. The transmitter uses license-free, secure data transmission with a range of up to 7500 ft. Range (2.3 Km).
  • Especially in the oil and gas industry, the Analog Pressure Sensor Transmitter is the ultimate wireless wellhead solution for wireless remote monitoring of oil wells, gas wells, natural gas wells, and production wells.
